What can you expect when you join us for a week onboard?

SB cabin When you come aboard there normally will be little food and beverages present. Therefore it is wise to create a common fund and to send some persons ashore for shopping.

Let them buy (many) bottles of water, some wine and beer, and ingredients for a nice salad during lunchtime, etc. It’s up to you, what you like to eat and drink.

In Greece there will always be shops that are open during the evening, although sometimes they have a somewhat limited range of products. When everybody has settled and things have been stowed away it is time to find a nice tavern to elaborately test the Greek kitchen.

what a drag ;o) The next morning, after breakfast, the first plans can be made. The skipper will make an inventory of your preferences, e.g. a lot of sailing, or a lot of swimming and/or snorkelling. On the basis of that a preliminary plan will be made. Changes will always be possible afterwards and the experience learns that each week the route differs from the previous week

Robin

A SaltySkipper that has been sailing all his life, and he just loves to sail in the crystal blue Greek waters. In the past he has been a Skipper in Greek, Croatian and Spanish waters, has led flotilla's and has been skipper for SaltySkipper.com on many occasions.
In the Netherlands he shares his live with his adorable girlfriend Liesbeth and son named Hidde. Robin has obtained his "Master Certificate Commercial Endorsement for All Sailing Ships (3000 GT)" and trusts he will be capable to guide you through the Greek waters for a superb sailing trip.

Jeroen

SaltySkipper and owner of "Erofili", has lived in Greece since February 2000 and doesn't plan on leaving! He discovered Greece years ago when still living in the Netherlands. For years he has been sailing in Greece as a skipper for a travel agency during his summer holidays.
In 1999 he found himself a Greek girlfriend and it didn't take long for Jeroen to decide that Greece was the place to be! The girlfriend changed several times but Jeroen stayed true to Greece. That eventually allowed him to meet his wife Diana on Aegina. Together they are now have two wonderful kids, a boy and a girl.
So Jeroen has never regretted his initial decision to move. Besides the obvious good weather, the major joy of Greece to Jeroen are the daily meals, especially fresh fish and vegetables.
